This Technical talk will be presented by Werner Terblanche from A-Gas.
As a team member of the global company A-Gas, Werner has been at the forefront of the various stages of the Phase down of refrigerants in accordance with both The Montreal Protocol and the Kigali Agreement. This exposure has ensured that the products and services he offers his clients are strategic, sustainable and within regulation always. Werner’s passion for the environment knows no boundaries and this has been evidenced by his travels across the African continent to educate industry on the next phase of environmentally sustainable solutions.
TOPIC:
Werner will be speaking about Lifecycle Refrigerant Management and the latest Refrigerant Trends. His topic highlights the use and disposal of lifecycles for refrigerants and why we need to change our outlook on how we deal with refrigerants. With an industry faced with environmental pressures, and one that operates under a quota mechanism, he will explain why A‑Gas is focusing on refrigerant reclamation to help reduce our carbon emissions to protect the planet. Werner will also be showcasing current refrigerant trends to lower GWP alternatives.
