b) Have a lesser qualification recognized by the Institute and five years relevant
experience.
c) Have no formal qualification but have ten years relevant experience.
Two Referee forms to verify the ability and experience of the
applicant are required when applying under rule c)

All grades of membership require a Proposer and Seconder.
Forward your completed membership application along with your application fee and copies of your certificates to your LOCAL CENTRE for processing. Your application will be processed by your Centre committee and thereafter will be submitted by your Centre to the National Council meeting for ratification.
